Fenwick Theatre Sound System

EAW Speakers

MK5164 SB150 JF80

 

  The EAW MK5164's are used for SFX playback. One is mounted from the ceiling over the front edge of the stage and four are mounted in the four corners of the theatre. Two SB150 subwoofers are located under the front edge of the stage. Each speaker is connected to its own amplifier channel.

  The JF80's are used for vocal reinforcement. Three are mounted from the ceiling above row A and three above row G. Each group of three is connected through an equalizer to an amplifier channel.

 
QSC Amplifiers

The photo at left shows the sound system loaction in the booth of Fenwick Theatre. At the lower left is the 10X4 Panasonic Ramsa mixer used for most theatrical productions.

  The equipment rack has the 5 new QSC PLX2402 amplifiers, a four channel graphic equalizer for the vocal reinforcement group and a electronic crossover processor for the sub-woofers mounted on the right side.
The QSC PLX2402 amplifiers provide 425 watts of power per channel.

  Three CD players used for SFX playback are mounted in the middle.
