Faculty Development

Faculty Development at the College of the Holy Cross focuses on teaching, scholarship, and professional development across all career stages and disciplines.  Specifically, the College offers a number of faculty development opportunities including the Center for Teaching, a new faculty orientation series, a faculty mentor program, a faculty scholarship lunch series, work-life balance workshops, a faculty scholarship lunch series, and support for scholarship through the grants office and the faculty scholarship.
